SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses, stores, or offices from various points in India. Our endeavour is to deliver the product purchased from us to you within 5–7 business days from receipt of the order and payment, depending on the delivery address, through Courier. However, all times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. The products will be delivered through courier service in India, usually between 10.30 am and 7 pm (Monday and Saturday).

  • Products purchased online before 8:00 AM will be billed the same day.
  • Products purchased after 8:00 AM will be billed on the next business day.

The goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of delivery.

As the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect address provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for any damage to the product after delivery.

However, if any product delivered is not the same as per your original order or is delivered in a damaged condition, it will be replaced by us at no extra cost. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the Contact Us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs to be highlighted, signed on the proof of delivery copy, and returned to the delivery person.

You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to ensure that the delivery address is across Pan India only.


DELIVERY CHARGES

The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check-out, and consumers will know about this before making payments.

  • The shipping fee for orders valued between ₹ 0 and ₹ 1000 is ₹ 200/-.
  • The shipping fee for orders valued above ₹ 1000 is free.

We also provide same-day/next-day delivery on limited products at selected pin code's. Subject to the condition that the order's are placed before the cut-off time of 8:00 AM.

The charges for same-day/next-day delivery are as follows:

  • For orders above ₹ 1000 the shipping fee is ₹ 100/-.
  • For orders below ₹ 1000 the shipping fee is ₹ 250/-.
