Payments
Your order details may not have been captured with us. The amount will be refunded to your account in the next 5–7 days.
Keeping in mind health and safety in these times, we accept prepaid orders only to minimise contact. You can choose to pay by the following options:
- Credit/Debit Card Payment
- Net Banking
- Wallets: PhonePe, Amazon Pay, FreeCharge, Payzapp
- UPI/QR
Order Related
You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
To cancel the order:
If you have an account:
- Login to your account
- Go to manage your order: Cancel Order
- Cancel the desired order.
If you don’t have an account, create one at Register and follow the steps mentioned above.
Before the order is dispatched:
- Cancel the order on the website and place the order again with the correct address.
- Contact our customer care team to change the delivery address.

Shipping
Yes, we have resumed deliveries as per the guidelines provided by the Government of India. Considering the extensive restrictions in effect, deliveries to certain pin codes may be restricted or delayed.
Please enter your pincode on the product page (you don't have to enter it every single time) to know whether the product can be delivered to your location.
Some pin codes are excluded as our delivery partners do not operate in these locations.
Packages are delivered between 09:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday or on public holidays.
The standard shipping time for packages is 3-5 business days.However, for remote areas, it may take up to 10 business days. Once your order is processed, we will share an SMS or email confirming your delivery timelines. We are constantly working to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:
- Product(s) selected
- The destination pin-code, e.g. 110014, to which you want the order to be shipped to
- Seller's location
Delivery time is calculated based on historical data of delivery timelines for orders originating from the entered pin-code. Delivery timelines might vary in a few cases depending on the above mentioned factors. Please note that Lifelong Online is not liable for any shipping delays. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.
Yes, we do. All orders of ₹ 1000/- and above enjoy free delivery, while a nominal delivery charge of ₹ 200/- is applied to orders below ₹ 1000/-.
Currently, cash on delivery is not available as a mode of payment. All payments are either through credit/debit cards or through bank transfers.
No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.
If you receive the item as damaged on opening, we would request that you make an unboxing video and report back to us immediately by contacting Elina Customer Service.
Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made them, will be refunded to you as per the refund terms and conditions.

We partner with Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, Ekart , Xpress-bees and Ecom Express for deliveries in India.
An email and an SMS with the tracking number will be sent once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can also track your order from your account on the website by clicking "Track your Order" at the top right corner.
If you are an existing user you can simply log in to your account and track your current and past order details. However, if you haven’t made an account and has signed in as a guest user - we advise you to create your account with the same guest user mail id.

Exchanges
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the package. We will refund the value of your returned items within 5 business days upon receiving the return package.
In order to log in, you have to register on the Elina website and become a user. Create your account by going to register. Use the same email ID that you entered when placing your order on the Elina store.
Once you create an account, you will be able to log in and view all relevant information about your past order(s).
