CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations will be taken into consideration at any time before the delivery of the product.
  • If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
  • If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them about the same.
  • If you have received the product, it will only be eligible for replacement in cases where there are manufacturing defects found with the product.
  • If, upon product delivery by courier, the customer doesn't accept the package, the 2-way shipment charge will be collected from the customer.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged product or a product that is not the same as per the visualisation on the website. Elina Home Appliances always tries its best to help you with a replacement or refund.

All products sold on https://www.elinaappliances.com/ are covered under our 7 Day Replacement Policy. Please do notify us of any problems, damages, or defects within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement product to you at no extra cost. In order to get a defective item replaced, please contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page on https://www.elinaappliances.com/ or call us on +91 9625111370 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM), within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

However, if there is any cosmetic damage, we will not replace the product. If there is any other concern, you can still get in touch with us.

Eligibility

  • Only products with manufacturing defects, delivery damage, missing parts, or product claims are eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must contain all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery. If any freebies were received with the order; the same needs to be returned with the order.
  • A product without a valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number, will not be eligible for replacement.
  • If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Elina Customer Care on +91 9625111370 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM), and we will have the issue quickly resolved.
  • In cases of damaged or missing product claims, we require an unboxing video of the order received to process the return/refund request.
  • Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contest, clearance, or any special scheme; cannot be returned or replaced.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

We will arrange for the return to be picked up from the originally delivered address only. No, alternate delivery addresses would be entertained.

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 


REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed only in cases where a replacement is not possible. Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, within a maximum of 5 business days from the date on which we receive the goods back, the refund will be processed.

We will send you an email or WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We provide free shipping during the replacement order. However, if in any case such a replacement order is cancelled after shipping but before delivery, the shipping charge from the same will be deducted from the refund amount. If the replacement order is cancelled before shipping, shipping charges will not be deducted, and the total due will be processed for a refund.

For orders placed through gift coupons or vouchers, a refund would be provided in the form of a fresh gift coupon or voucher of the same value, and the expiration date would be the same as in the original gift coupons.

If everything is in order, then your refund will be processed. In the case of a prepaid order through UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking, the amount will be refunded back to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable.
